Customer Service Apprentice (Domiciliary)

Home Visits Office, Stapleford, Nottingham

So, you’re a proactive people person, passionate about retail and offering the best customer service? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. If you’ve ever considered a career in optics, this Customer Service Apprentice role could be perfect for you.

We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

Our Home Visits Office, based in Stapleford, Nottingham, has ample parking available nearby.

We have a wonderful team of 22 dedicated people in our office ready and waiting for you to meet.

What we’re looking for?

  • Great teamwork.
  • Good initiative.
  • Confidence in using IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Willingness to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.
  • Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we’ll be there to support and guide you throughout your process.
