The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering chemotherapy treatments and providing comprehensive care to patients undergoing cancer therapy.Key Responsibilities :
• Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments safely.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage side effects.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Requirements :
• Active NMC registration.
• Specialist training and experience in chemotherapy administration.
• Strong understanding of oncology protocols and patient care.
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients and support to their families.Desirable Skills :
• Certification in Chemotherapy Administration.
• Experience in a dedicated oncology unit.
