With projects valued up to £4 million, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead and deliver outstanding results, ensuring excellence in both project execution and commercial management.The Role : As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects of each project, alongside overseeing the entire project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage high-end commercial office fit out projects up to £4 million.
• Take responsibility for the commercial and financial aspects of each project, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring seamless coordination of trades and resources.
• Implement and manage health & safety regulations across all project sites.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and client expectations.
• Report regularly on project progress, risks, and financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project delivery.What We’re Looking For :
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the commercial office fit out sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing project finances, budgets, and cost control.
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience delivering projects in London, with an understanding of the market and key stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
