Key responsibilities
- Running the Pizza Truck including but not limited to Ordering, food preperation, till systems.
- Maintaing high Health & Saftey and Food Safety procedures
- Cleaning and Maintaining the Truck
- Working alongside the Exec Chef and Head Chef to develop new ideas and recipes
