Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team in Minworth / Birmingham. The Team Leader will oversee business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift. Their duties also include stock inventory & coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency & customer service.

PLEASE NOTE : This role is on our PM shift, Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm.

How you will contribute

• Coach all Team Members daily in processes and procedures.
• Maintain and monitor safe working practices and adhere to the safe working methods and countermeasures implemented.
• Maintain standard work and quality processes to ensure a 'right first time' product to the customer.
• Drive a zero-tolerance mind-set for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Understand throughput rate to support customer requirements.
• Operate visual delivery tracking systems in order that commodity status can be seen at a glance.
• Reporting of all throughput, improvement and people requirements within given time parameters.
• Support the Health and Safety team in investigations.
• Ensure all MHE Drivers comply with Health and Safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
