As an Orwell Shift Leader, you will be highly motivated and enthusiastic and work alongside the Service Manager to support the day-to-day running of our Extra Care service.
You will lead on advising and motivating a care team to ensure that we provide the best possible service to our customers.

About Levington Court…
Levington Court is situated in close proximity of Lowestoft's picturesque seaside location offering many local amenities. Levington Court is close to doctor's surgeries, dentists, restaurants and traditional seaside shops.
The service is an Extra Care housing scheme, helping you to live independently for as long as possible. It gives you the security and privacy of a home of your own, with a range of shared facilities on the premises and 24-hour care services if you need them. It also offers couples the opportunity to continue living together.
