Fully Qualified Electrician (IMMEDIATE START)Overview

An exciting position has become available on our team, for an experienced, fully qualified electrician.Example of day to day tasks required for this job : Test and inspectionPortable appliance testingEmergency lighting inspections, testing, maintenance, installation and replacementInstallation, maintenance, servicing and testing of fire detection systems (domestic and commercial)Electrical fault-finding and repairs (including electric heating systems and associated components)Installation of consumer units, fixed wiring and mains distribution accessoriesInstallation of heating controls, sockets, switches and lighting Fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation of DC systemsCompletion of electronic certification, inc applicable coding within NICEIC guidelinesTravelling to a variety of sites to survey and / or complete worksDiagnostic and investigation related to symptom based issuesAbility to scope works required and provide a detailed specification of materials and labour time requiredMulti-task abilitiesWe are particularly looking for candidates who may have an ability to turn their hand to a broad range of skill sets, this can be to assist other team members on project works for tasks that fall outside of electrical, this is preferential rather than essential, however long term salary reviews would reflect accordingly.Headline benefits : Job security (We are over a decade old)Fully insured work van, and uniform suppliedFull PPE providedCandidates applying for the role must own their own set of general and battery operated tools, on a self-maintained basis.We are only accepting applications from candidates, who can supply bonified references from registered companies that are either the same, or similar to our own.We also require for candidates to live local enough, to be prepared to report to site for 8am each day, Monday to Friday across any of our working areas.A little bit more about us : Builtain Ltd have been established in 2010, and provide quality property services to our large client base of property and estate management.
