We’re currently recruiting a Homelessness Prevention Officer to provide an excellent housing options and advice service.

A key part of this role is delivering advice and assistance to people in housing need. You will have a core focus on preventing homelessness and helping people explore alternative accommodation options.

We are looking for someone who :

• Demonstrates an ability and passion to deliver a high-quality service to customers
• Can work positively within a team setting
• Has experience or strong knowledge of housing options and homeless prevention tools
• Listens actively and can empathise with customers
