We’re on the lookout for dedicated individuals to work one-on-one with students who have Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). This is your chance to make a real difference in a child’s life, helping them build confidence, engage in learning, and reach their full potential.What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Providing 1 : 1 tailored support to students with Autism, ADHD, and other SEN needs.
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supporting students with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
  • Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to develop personalised strategies.
  • Monitoring progress and celebrating every milestone along the way!What We’re Looking For : ✨ Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (education, care, or youth work experience is a plus!). ✨ A patient, compassionate, and resilient attitude. ✨ An understanding of SEN conditions and behaviour management techniques. ✨ A commitment to safeguarding and supporting young people. ✨ Relevant qualifications (Teaching Assistant Level 2 / 3, Health & Social Care) are desirable but not essential.Why Join Us?Competitive weekly pay.
