Job descriptionLead the finance function across multiple sites, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop and oversee robust internal controls, cash flow management, and financial policies aligned with business objectives. Business partner with operations, providing strategic insight and financial guidance to support performance improvement across the estate. Manage month-end and year-end processes, statutory accounts, and liaise with external auditors. Lead a small finance team, mentoring and developing team members to ensure high performance.
