Area Manager Wiltshire (Interim Position 3 Months initially)Our client is an established charity in the Swindon area. They are passionate and highly commercial charity retailer with a real entrepreneurial flair to what they do and the proposition they offer.The are now seeking a commercial, customer and people focused Retail Leader to join the business as an Area Manager for an initial interim period for 3 months. The role could be extended and has the potential to go permanent.The Role :

• You will be responsible for supporting an area of Charity Stores and helping them to achieve their commercial targets.
• Ensuring Stores are profitable and striving to deliver the best return on each individual site.
• Support Stores with a hands-on approach, not scared to roll your sleeves up and support stores with refits, troubleshooting and new store openings.
• Making sure all Stores are compliant and following all industry regulations / guidelines.
• Helping your area store teams with innovative new ways to grow the business and develop their propositions.The Person :
• You will be an existing Area Manager or Multi Site Manager from within the Retail Charity Industry
• Candidates will need to have come from a fast paced, commercial, product lead environment with ideally charity retail experience.
