The Role York House is a 38-bed independent hospital offering intensive neurobehavioural assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injury and challenging behaviour and / or complex needs. At Brainkind, the service uses a neurobehavioral approach, to people with cognitive, physical and emotional / behavioural problems following an acquired brain injury. We offer a comprehensive range of services including expert assessments and rehabilitation. Our service provides assessment, rehabilitation and support to adults with acquired brain injury and challenging behaviour and / or complex needs. As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will provide support to our service users appropriate to their individual needs ensuring that each service user completes their rehabilitation plans and is an independent as possible. You will ensure that our service Users have maximum involvement in their own activities and decision making.
