Job Title : Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary : £35, - £45,

Location : London

We're working with a leading, independent multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy who have a great reputation across the UK for delivering services in Architecture, Cost Consultancy, Building Surveying, Health and Safety and Project Management.

The role will encompass multiple elements including site plans, retail layouts, branding and planning of the projects and acquisition support, taking schemes through from initial feasibility through to contractor appointment. Projects range from conversion and fit out of pubs and other existing buildings, developers' shells, existing

retail units, listed buildings, petrol filling stations and mixed use developments.

The role is based in our client's London office, but will require travel to site to meet the demands of projects. Our client is fully committed to promoting work life balance however, offering both hybrid working and flexible start / finish times.

Skills / Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology (or Equivalent)
• Advanced AutoCAD and Revit modelling skills are essential
• Proficient in the use of Adobe InDesign
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Ideally have some experience working in on retail sector projects
