Your Responsibilities :
Comply with the company Life of Site processes.Ensure all drawings and details are accurate and commercially suitable throughout the design and construction phase stages.Co-ordinate and chair design team meetings with internal and external participantsAttend and contribute to progress meetings on site as required.Co-ordinate the planning process where required and review planning approval to ensure conditions are addressed prior to start on siteAgree construction specification, SAP and bream strategy for the projectCoordinate the submission of a Building Control application and supporting documentationLiaise with consultants and attend meetings to progress all relevant TechnicalmattersFull job description available upon requestRequired Skills :
Proven working experience in Architecture / Civil EngineeringPrevious experience in Residential Housing sectorProficient in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control regulatory approvals including all section agreements (section 38 & section 104 designs)Full Current UK Driving LicenceProject management and supervision skillsThorough, with strong attention to detailAbility to confidently challenge decisions made by othersQuick and eager to learn, with a focus on continuous developmentProficient in MS Office programmesTo have a positive,flexible, andanalyticalapproach to work, integrate with the existing team and provide support and guidance to others when requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise and co-ordinate activities between departments
