Our client, a lead in automotive insurance claims management, are seeking an Warranty Claims Auditor to join their UK auditing team. The clients head office is based in Oxford, but as the role is predominantly in the field they're open to applications from candidates across the South.

Planning monthly audits.

Confirming dealer audits.

Scrutinize paid warranty claims to protect VWFS funds by ensuring compliance with VWG standard.

Provide dealer coaching to help improve warranty claims control and claims procedures within their business.

Accurately compiling data and audit claims reports, presenting audit errors and findings to dealers for their action.

Updating internal reports and filing completed audit documents.

Arranging travel, accomodation and submitting monthly business expenses.

Requirements

You'll be an effective communicator, efficiently managing resources available to you, prioritising to ensure specific goals and deadlines are achieved.

You'll act efficiently in problematic situations, identifying root causes of problems to implement appropriate rectification measures to minimize impact whilst considering the associated costs.Benefits
