We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join a vibrant special school in the Chigwell area. Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to support individual student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create a holistic approach to student development.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed.
• Provide training and support to school staff in communication strategies and interventions.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress.
• Stay informed of best practices and emerging research in speech and language therapy.
