Due to continued growth, our market-leading, award-winning Estate Agency client is seeking Experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their successful team. This is a full time, permanent job opportunity and you will be based within one of their branches in the Gloucestershire area.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with suitable recommendations from the whole of the Broker market for Mortgages and a panel of providers for associated protection policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting face-to-face and telephone appointments with clients
• Giving clients advice & recommendations
• Arranging mortgages and pure protection policies to achieve KPIs
• Responding quickly and effectively to all communication from clients
• Motivating and communicating with colleagues

Candidate Attributes :

Hours : Monday Friday 9am 6pm, Saturday 9am 5pm, with a day off in the week (you will have the option to swap up to 2 Saturdays per month)

Salary : OTE £50k - £60K including basic salary, car allowance and generous commission structure (basic salary variable subject to experience)
