Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor.

NHSR panel firm in Hampshire is keen to recruit a qualified defendant clinical negligence solicitor for it’s regional team. Due to the firm’s flexible working policy you can be based from another location except London. They are also recruiting for their Manchester and Bristol offices.

The work will include handling NHSR clinical negligence claims along with some private insurance medical malpractice claims. You will also assist partners on high value and complex claims which will include brain and birth injury related claims in excess of £1million.

You will ideally be a qualified defendant clinical negligence solicitor with experience handling your own caseload. Partners are open to considering NQ solicitors if you have completed a seat in defendant healthcare.
