Mechanical SupervisorLocation : Canary Wharf, East London Close to Central LondonJob Type : PermanentSalary : £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (LTD also available)A Mechanical Supervisor is required to join a large-scale mixed-use development in Canary Wharf, involving the mechanical installation across 530 plots. The project includes commercial space and high-end residential apartments, requiring someone with high standards of quality and coordination.Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise mechanical operatives and ensure efficient progress across multiple cores
• Coordinate with electrical, sprinkler, and main contractor teams
• Manage daily H&S documentation, toolbox talks, and site inductions
• Oversee installation of heating, chilled water, and boosted cold water systems
• Ensure quality control and assist with commissioning preparationRequirements :
• Background in mechanical supervision within mixed-use or high-rise projects
• Experience delivering multi-plot projects to tight deadlines
• SSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS essential
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
