Job descriptionEnsuring all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular HACCP regulations Checking in of food deliveries ensures that only the highest standard of produce is accepted into the units. Ensuring that all food storage complies with food hygiene regulations and that F.I.F.O stock rotation system is being followed Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and / or furniture Preparation of service area and / or service points Correct storage of food items and equipment after service Assist in other unit kitchen onsite during quieter periods in hospitality Maintain personal hygiene, appearance and uniform to company regulations at all times Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards and answer questions about the products Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services including hot deli and live action in line with standards Take payment and keep financial records as required Empty cash vending machines or cashless loaders Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise

Exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Porter / Barista to work for an established company situated in Witney.The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Kitchen Porter / Barista and will be able to work Immediately.

- 11 : 00am to 18 : 00pm
- Pay rate - £12 per hour
