You will be expected to deliver on time, within budget and in accordance with Skanska H&S policies / procedures maintenance and repair of site fabric , fixtures and fittings delegated by Maintenance Supervisors and Managers.

You’ll :

• Perform planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance tasks and reactive works investigations / repairs on all Fabric, Fixtures and Fittings.
• Locksmith duties on a reactive basis
• Fire Door PPM inspections and maintenance, including reactive repairs
• Liaise / assist with other services as necessary for the efficient delivery of work activities, workmanship and productivity to comply with the performance standards
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance of at least SC level
• Where required undertake and implement minor capital works projects
