Warehouse FLM - Nights

Pertemps are currently on behalf of our Client for an experienced FLM      The position is based at The Range, Stafford ST18 9AR.    Reporting into Shift Manager   Sun-Thurs (Apply online only)  12 week temp to perm  Salary £16.15ph weekly or monthly pay     As a FLM you will :

• Support the Shift Manager to achieve an efficient and effective operation, meeting goals     and objectives.
• Work for continuous improvement in line with H&S guidelines and site procedures and processes
• Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
• Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
• Facilitate effective communication and relationships both inter shift and other departmental functions
• Reduce costs by effective management of hours and work at all times
• Personal hygiene and appearance to be maintained at a professional and acceptable standard at all times
