You will manage a team, ensuring the highest standards of product design and development, specification control, and adherence to ISO9001 standards. Driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining the reputation for excellence.The Person : Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following :

• Educated to Degree / HND Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or be a Time Served Engineer with very relevant experience
• Knowledge of the requirements of working in the manufacturing industry (ISO9001)
• Management / Implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
