HRIS Implementation Manager
Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services and we’re scaling fast. With a workforce of over 700, we’re investing in a new HR tech stack to support our people as we grow. At the heart of this transformation is the implementation of our new HRIS : HiBob. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Implementation Manager to lead the full project lifecycle from configuration and data migration through to go-live and beyond. This is a fast-paced and high-impact role : our go-live is set for October, so we need someone who can hit the ground running.
You’ll be supported by our substantive HR Systems Manager (who will go on maternity leave around them time of go-live), and you’ll then continue to lead post-implementation support, including incremental rollouts and integrations across our broader HR tech stack. While a new LMS is also being implemented during this period, this role won’t lead on that project but you'll collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure systems are connected and future-ready.
