HRIS Implementation Manager

Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading providers of mental health services and we’re scaling fast. With a workforce of over 700, we’re investing in a new HR tech stack to support our people as we grow. At the heart of this transformation is the implementation of our new HRIS : HiBob. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Implementation Manager to lead the full project lifecycle from configuration and data migration through to go-live and beyond. This is a fast-paced and high-impact role : our go-live is set for October, so we need someone who can hit the ground running.

You’ll be supported by our substantive HR Systems Manager (who will go on maternity leave around them time of go-live), and you’ll then continue to lead post-implementation support, including incremental rollouts and integrations across our broader HR tech stack. While a new LMS is also being implemented during this period, this role won’t lead on that project but you'll collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure systems are connected and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and lead the end-to-end implementation of HiBob, working to a tight but achievable timescale.
  • Configure the system to meet business needs, map processes, and lead system testing and data migration.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, and configuration guides.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a smooth rollout.
  • Support training and adoption for HR and business users.
  • Oversee post-go-live improvements and HR tech integrations.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience leading HRIS implementations ideally HiBob in a mid-sized, scaling organisation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HR systems, including configuration, data, and integrations.
  • Experience delivering under pressure with clear, structured project plans.
  • Confident communicator with great stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and making systems work better for people.
