Vacancy Title : Certification Engineer

Vacancy Location : Ellesmere Port

Engagement Type : 6-month FTC

The Role :

Here at the RFD Beaufort Division of Survitec, we are currently recruiting for 2 Certification Engineers on a 6-month fixed term contract to join our Design and Technical team based in Ellesmere Port.

The Certification Engineer will support the contractual documentation requirements of Aerospace and Defence projects.

Key responsibilities for the Certification Engineer role include but are not limited to :

  • Requirements Review
  • Risk Analysis
  • Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) documentation
  • Availability Reliability and Maintainability (ARM) documentation
  • Supportability Analysis Plans and Case Reports
  • Reliability Centred Maintenance Plans and Case Reports
  • Integrated Logistics Support Plans and Case Reports
  • Customer / Process Data Management
  • Support Safety Assessments
  • Support Engineering and Design documentation activities in various Aerospace and Defence projects.
  • Create and review documents associated with fulfilling customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.

About You : Essential criteria :

  • Successful applicants will be qualified to degree level and / or have demonstrable industry experience at a suitable level to support Customer Documentation requirements for various projects.
  • Must have experience of CDRL preparation and review.
  • Applicants will also be familiar with formal review of regulatory and customer requirements and be able to demonstrate an understanding of compliance to AS9100 documentation requirements.
  • Candidates must be suitable for Security Clearance .
  • Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
