As a Site Engineer, youll play a key role in the successful delivery of residential developments. Working closely between the technical and site teams, you will oversee engineering functions on-site, ensuring that works are compliant with design specifications and regulatory standards. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a reputable developer and to develop your career in a supportive, professional environment.The role will include : Oversee day-to-day engineering and technical operations on the construction sites.Be able to set out roads, sewers & housing, carry out as built surveysConduct inspections and quality checks to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, and specifications.Identify and resolve technical issues, liaising with the technical team, surveyors, and subcontractors as required.Maintain accurate records, and report progress to the Technical & Construction directorsProvide engineering support to the site teams and advise on technical specifications and standards.Comply with responsibilities as laid down in the Groups Health, Safety and Environment PolicyBuild positive relationships with contractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to promote collaboration and efficiencyWhat we need from you?Ideally qualified to HNC level or equivalent in a civil engineering with some residential project experienceBy way of technical experience you will be conversant with current regulations and CDM you will also have knowledge of current Scottish Water & Local Authority regulationsYou must be an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who is willing to undertake all necessary trainingCurrent CSCS cardWhats in it for you?The Salary & Benefits packageSalary competitive (DOE)Contributory pensionLife coverHealthcareBonusWhen you join us, the futureis yours to explore.
