SEN Teacher Feltham Hounslow September 2025 Start

Are you an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher looking to join a specialist setting where you can make a real difference

A newly established allthrough special school in Feltham Hounslow is seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join their growing team from September 2025. The school supports autistic children and young people with communication and interaction needs many of whom are working at broadly agerelated expectations.

SEN Teacher Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver highquality tailored lessons that support the diverse needs of students with autism and related communication challenges.
  • Work closely with therapists support staff and families to implement effective strategies and personalised learning plans.
  • Create a safe engaging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes independence and positive learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to wider school life including planning for enrichment activities and supporting wholeschool initiatives.
  • Track and assess pupil progress in line with school expectations and EHCP outcomes.

SEN Teacher Requirements

  • QTS (or equivalent) with proven experience working with students with special educational needs particularly autism.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive practice and effective SEN pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication collaboration and behaviour management skills.
  • A reflective practitioner committed to ongoing professional development.
