The role :

Due to the continuous growth of the manufacturing department, the organisation is seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to oversee the production and supervise the team within the factory.

Key responsibilities :

• Ensure all Health & Safety regulations and quality standards are adhered to.
• Maintain and lead a lean culture throughout the department.
• Improve machine efficiency and identify improvement areas.
• Be an integral cog in ensuring production development and improvement.
• Oversee and manage a production team, ensuring staff development.
