Due to growth and expansion, we’re seeking an experienced leader to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional care services across Mid & West Cornwall . About the Role

As an Area Manager , you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our customers by overseeing all aspects of team management and quality assurance . You’ll ensure that our services meet the highest standards and that each individual receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs.

This is a dynamic role , blending office-based duties with community-based work where you’ll actively support your team in the field. You’ll also be part of our on-call rota , ensuring our services run smoothly at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a leader with :

  • Proven experience in a care setting , with a strong understanding of care operations.
  • A background in managing and mentoring teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Experience in managing rotas and overseeing service performance.
  • An NVQ / QCF Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
  • The right to work in the UK .
  • Excellent communication skills , particularly in English.
