My client is an innovative and forward-thinking accountancy practice. As they continue with their ambitious plans for growth they are looking to add a Digital Accountant to their team. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Digital Accountant :

  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Assisting clients with management accounts, reconciliations, VAT returns and generating records up to trial balance for sole traders, partnerships, and businesses.
  • On-boarding clients onto cloud systems, ensuring data has transitioned accurately.
  • Using digital software to complete daily accounting & bookkeeping

    • Required Skills and Qualifications of the Digital Accountant :

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience of working in an accountancy practice is preferred.
  • Full AAT qualification (or equivalent) - candidates QBE will also be considered.
  • Great attention to detail, self-motivated and a great team player.
