Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a bustling local authority, based in the Pembrokeshire , which is in need of a Lawyer to join their Commercial Contracts and Procurement team. This role is due to last until September 2025!
ROLE : Commercial Contracts Lawyer
RATE : £40-£45 umbrella
CONTRACT LENGTH : 12 months - part time
LOCATION : : Pembrokeshire - can be done REMOTELY
The responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts lawyer role :
- Handle your own Commercial Contracts caseload from start to completion. Also advise on Procurement matters
- There will be a requirement to handle non-contentious contract matters
- The drafting and completion of bespoke and standard forms of contract, including NEC and JCT contracts
