M&E Project ManagerA well-established, design & build engineering contractor are looking for a mechanical project manager to join their team as an M&E project manager and initially run a refurbishment project turning a hospital into flatss in Tooting.The M&E Project ManagerYou’ll need to be experienced in delivering complex, M&E, residential projects. You will work alongside the electrical supervisor working on the residential part of the electrical installation on the project, this project is part way through completion.The CompanyThe company you will be working for is a multi-disciplinary engineering services contractor. They have become the engineering service provider of choice in growth segments, which at the moment is residential and mixed use projects.Experience and QualificationsSuitable qualifications and a proven track record of technical and financial success in this role is essential, together with a commitment to meeting targets for customer service and quality.Necessary requirements are :

• Mechanical (time served or academic).
• Experience using Microsoft Projects or Asta
• Experience in managing the procurement
• Ability to plan and programme
• Ability to write RAMS
