• Valid NMC pin with no restrictions present
• A minimum of 12 months' experience as a nurse in relevant clinical settings is desirableRegisteres Nurse RMN role :
• 37.5 hours / week - 12 hour shifts (include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays)
• The role is within a 10-bedded private mental health ward
• Assess, plan and deliver nursing care which considers patient choices and wishes, while acting as the patients’ named nurse
• Carry out patient assessments and evaluate their progress accurately
• Review and Monitor Nursing Care Plans
• Evaluate and respond to changes in patient conditions as appropriate
• Maintain a continued level of personal professional development in accordance to preceptorship and revalidation
