Job descriptionPassion for working with children and developing young minds! The ability to meet state and / or accreditation requirements for education and experience. Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work – no nights or weekends! Experience working in a licensed childcare facility is a plus but not required. Coursework in early childhood education or child development is required for Lead positions.

Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under your care.
- Implement the Company-provided curriculum.
- Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
- Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, modeling table manners at family style meals.
- Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, clean, and organized.
