Job descriptionConveyancer – Fee EarnerDenby Dale - up to 45KWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Conveyancer - Fee Earner. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating the legal transfer of property ownership from one party to another. This is a crucial role in the real estate industry, ensuring that all necessary documents and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.The Role : Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions - all title typesPrepare and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and mortgage agreementsConduct property searches and obtain necessary information from relevant authoritiesCoordinate with lenders, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction processManage timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of transactionsMaintain accurate records of all transactions and documentationProvide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptlyWe offer competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth within our organization.   • Ideally a Minimum of 5 years of experience as a conveyancing fee earner, managing your own caseload. But will consider less.
  • Strong experience with Freehold, Leasehold and ideally New Build properties and using case management systems.
  • Proficient in using the Land Registry Portal.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong risk assessment and decision-making abilities.
  • Team player with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to spot business opportunities.
  • Competent with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, email, and internet.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in figures.
  • Experience handling RemortgageOffice based role - 2 days from home available after probationOther : 21 days + Stats rising to 28 + StatsBonus9 - 5pm - 1hr Lunch
