Job Description

The main duties of the role will include : -

• You will be working on behalf of some amazing vehicle manufacturers across the world from BMW through to Tesler
• Speaking to customers to support them through their warranty claim including processes documentation accordingly
• Make sure that an excellent standard of service is delivered at all times.
• Achieve team targets daily and record all customer information onto the system accurately.
• Identify and initiate potential recoveries from 3rd parties.
• Ensure that all product and technical knowledge is applied and you maintain your knowledge relating to the automotive brands you represent
• Share with your colleagues any product or technical developments and issues that you have been made aware of
• Handle all regulated complaints within the FCA complaint guidelines
