• Assessing the needs of children and families referred to our service
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Working with other professionals, including health, education, and police
• Providing support and advice to families
• Attending court hearings and other meetingsAbout You : You will be a qualified Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration. You will have excellent assessment and report-writing skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
