Registered Childrens Home Manager - Oxfordshire (Headington)

  • Salary : £55,000 (pre-registration) | £60,000 (post-registration)
  • Location : Headington, Oxfordshire
  • Home : Brand-new 4-bed EBD & LD Children's Home
  • Career Progression : Clear path for growth & development
  • Hours : 40 hrs / week | Monday - Friday | 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM
  • Team : Lead & inspire a dedicated team of 12

    • Who We're Looking For in a Registered Childrens Home Manager :

  • A leader with a strong foundation in Ofsted regulations, compliance, and registration processes. (open to Deputies)
  • Passionate about improving children's lives and ensuring outstanding care.
  • Open to candidates working towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
  • Someone with vision, drive, and the ability to shape a new service.
