This nursing home is being developed and you will be tasked with obtaining a good CQC report and improving the home. This home delivers the best possible care to elderly people with dementia care needs. The home also delivers care to people with complex care needs and high clinical care needs.Our client prefers to hire an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager. Nursing Home Manager candidate's should ideally be Nurse qualified and can have either RGN or RMN qualifications although non-nurse qualified candidates with experience of nursing home management will be considered.
