Registered Nurse (RGN) responsibilities :

Delivering care plans for patients

Monitoring vital signs

Carrying out assessments and blood tests

Liaising with other team members including doctors and senior nurses

Observing patients condition and recording information

Administering medications

Communicating with patients and their families
