- Advise on short / long-term sickness, including supporting termination hearings and ill-health retirement.
- Support redeployment processes and offer guidance on complex / sensitive cases.
- Coach managers through sickness review meetings and reduce absence through active case management.
- Assist in appeal preparations and support flexible working applications and decisions.
- Monitor ESR data to track sickness, pay changes, and registration status.
- Identify HR concerns and collaborate on solutions with internal stakeholders.
- Lead on cases involving expired professional registrations.
- Maintain accurate case records and contribute to HR reporting.
- Provide general ER support, including on conduct, DBS, and FOI requests.
- Analyse HR data for trends and improvement areas.Essential Experience :
