As an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping to grow our business in the large UK DIY retailers by implementing strong category management principles and bringing our leading decorative paint brands to life : in store and online. Creating and implementing best-in-class category management principles and omni-channel shopper marketing campaigns, you will ensure maximum exposure for our products throughout the year and at key retail periods in the calendar.

The role will expect you to use data driven insight to collaborate with customers and bring together internal cross-functional teams to achieve sales and profit objectives. You will own the channel activation plans and develop strategies to convert shoppers across all point of purchase opportunities.
