Job Responsibilities :

Advising customers face to face in the store, over the phone, online, and via email.

Renting storage rooms, merchandise sales, and achieving required targets.

Supporting existing customers with queries and issues.

General administrative activities and contract management.

Supporting the smooth operation of our stores.

Candidate Requirements :

Retail / commercial work experience (e.g., consultative sales or customer service).

Enjoy advising and convincing customers.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, honest, and committed.

Interested in further training and promotion opportunities.

Willing to maintain a clean warehouse.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Outlook and Word is desirable.
