• Conducting PPM & reactive maintenance tasks
• Handling electrical systems including lighting, wiring, testing, alarms, BMS, and heat exchangers
• Performing emergency lighting testing and fire alarm checks
• Maintaining AHUs, FCUs, UPS, and risers
• Working on hot & cold water systems, drainage, and general building maintenance
• Attending client meetings and maintaining logs & RAMS
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in LV systems, UPS, generators, and HVAC equipmentWhat We’re Looking For : ✅ Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3)✅ 17th / 18th Edition certified✅ Solid experience in commercial building maintenance✅ Strong knowledge of FCUs, water treatment, and HVAC✅ Ability to work in a corporate, client-facing environment✅ Multi-skilled...
