This is an exciting time to join Clifford Road Primary School. We are looking to appoint a KS1 Teacher to join our dedicated and supportive team at Clifford Road Primary School. This role is well suited to an experienced KS1 practitioner or an ECT looking for a part time role. This role would suit anyone looking for 2 or 3 days work.

Qualifications and experience

We would like to hear from you if you have :

  • EYFS / KS1 experience
  • a proven track record of recent and successful class teaching in EYFS / KS1
  • successful experience of teaching the primary curriculum
  • good understanding of current theory and best practice in teaching and learning particularly as it relates to achieving high rates of progress of children of primary age
  • good subject knowledge of core National Curriculum
  • experience supporting pupils who speak English as an additional language
  • a strong knowledge of the teaching of Early Reading
  • strong communication skills and experience of working collaboratively.
