Personal Injury / Credit Hire Case Handler (Leeds / Remote)

My client has an excellent opportunity for aspiring paralegals / case handlers who already have some experience working within the area of credit hire or who have experience of handing MOJ portal claims / who have experience of reviewing medical records and progressing cases.

This is a role that can be performed remotely on a significantly regular basis and will be based out of my client’s Leeds office.

The successful candidate will handle a caseload of Part 8 cases which have been litigated. It is essential that candidates applying for this role have previous case handling experience either in a defendant or claimant focused role within personal injury. Candidates can expect this role to be a full "360" role with real and proper client engagement and the opportunity to really take the lead on matters and further improve skills when ites to drafting court documents and gaining further exposure to the litigation process. It is also therefore essential that applying candidates have a good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.

The salary range for this role is anywhere between £22,750 - £23,750. However, there are very realistic opportunities for further development and progression in short time periods which will lead to further increases in salary. Furthermore, this role offers a large amount of remote working which has the added benefit of a significant reduction in travel costs (candidates will however need to be based withinmutable distance of Leeds City Centre).
