Steel Erector

Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Sittingbourne, specialises in the production and installation of high-quality structural and architectural steelworkincluding staircases, balconies, balustrades, gantries, railings, decking, glass systems, and sheet metalwork.

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Steel Erector to join their growing team. This is a hands-on, site-based role offering the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Set out and verify dimensions and levels using appropriate site equipment
• Work closely with site and project management teams
• Complete required documentation, including time sheets, work records, and handover sheets
• Proactively plan work sequences and resolve on-site issues
• Deliver work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail
