English Teacher

January start

Full time Monday - Friday

Workington / Whitehaven / Maryport locations

130-£200 per day

Are you a passionate English Teacher with a strong grasp of English ? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated individuals like you to join the English Department team at one of our mainstream secondary schools in the Workington / Whitehaven / Maryport area. This is a full-time, long-term position for a English Teacher starting in January, offering a competitive pay range of £130-£200 per day.

Requirements :

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references.
  • A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Relevant Teaching qualification ideally with QTS
  • Proven track record of delivering English to students
