Are you a passionate events professional with a flair for creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales & Events to take the lead at one of Cirencester's most celebrated pubs - a premium destination for weddings, private events, and countryside getaways.

What You'll Be Doing :

Leading all sales activity across weddings, exclusive hires, and private dining

Owning the end-to-end delivery of events - from first enquiry to flawless execution

Creating bespoke, high-end wedding and event packages that wow

Building lasting client relationships and converting enquiries into loyal bookings

Proactively growing business through strategic sales and marketing initiatives

Working flexibly across the week depending on the event calendar (Tue-Sat typically)
