Salary : Up to £31,000

40 hours per week

Our client, a thriving nursery is seeking a Level 3-qualified Nursery Room Leader to join their dynamic team. As the Nursery Room Leader , you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of educators to deliver an exceptional curriculum that nurtures curiosity and creativity. You'll be part of an inspiring environment that empowers children to explore, learn, and grow.

What we're looking for :

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working in a nursery setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Passionate about child development and dedicated to fostering a positive, nurturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Lead the planning and implementation of engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of nursery practitioners, ensuring high-quality care and education.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a warm and welcoming community.
